About Errol

Errol Olton is a Nonprofit Strategist, TEDx Speaker, and Founder & Owner of a career development company, The Resume Tailor LLC. In 2016, Errol founded and launched a community education program model which impacted the NYC community with workforce development, family development, and healthy lifestyle programs. Errol forged partnerships with CUNY Lehman College, CUNY Bronx Community College, Touro College, local banks, and community-based organizations to transform the Bronx community through education.

Since then, Errol has worked with various nonprofits and private companies to strengthen operational systems, develop dynamic leaders, and build effective teams where employees embody the guiding vision statement. As a Career and Performance coach, he develops the professional, managerial, and executive skills of his clients (nationally and internationally).
